ISO 9001:2008 - Quality Policy
Our company is constantly seeking to achieve the latest state of the art in technology. For this reason, we have introduced for our bimetal snap-action disc department a quality management system based on ISO 9001:2008, which is subject to a regime of ongoing improvement.
Quality is defined by us as the full-scale implementation of all customer requirements and fault-free delivery of our products. The high quality of our products and services aims at achieving a continually high level of customer satisfaction and the sustained profitability of our organisation.
This general quality goal is to be achieved as follows:
- We always endeavour to supply our customers solely with fault-free products of a degree of perfection that is to be achieved already within the course of the manufacturing process.
- Our priority goal is to minimise internal and external failures.
- For this reason, we are never satisfied with what we have achieved, but constantly work towards extending the applications for our products, as well as towards improving and accelerating our internal processes.
- For us, quality is not restricted to product quality, but spans all our activities and services: our experienced and highly qualified staff work in accordance with the principle of complete and best-possible performance and compliance with customer requirements, and each individual employee is accountable for contributing quality during each and every phase of order fulfilment.
- Our quality management system is monitored for its effectiveness by regular internal audits. If a deviation is found we immediately implement appropriate corrective action. We also examine procedures for possible precautionary steps which might avoid future faults.
The Quality Manager is Mr. Herbert Wurmb, who is available for enquiries at all times.
All our staff have committed themselves to contributing to efficient quality management in accordance with this Quality Policy.
Overall accountability for quality rests with the management, which performs system checks on a regular basis in order to monitor the state and observance of the quality management system.
