Process flow and details
  • Bimetal snap-action elements are manually inserted into the measuring head.
  • Test parameters are selected. Test process is started.
  • Bimetallic snap elements are heated up and cooled down in accordance with the set temperature profile.
  • Temperature change rate: up to 40 ° C / min
  • The snap temperatures (TOS, TUS) are recorded with an accuracy of +/- 0.01 ° C.
  • The snap behavior is recorded.
  • Depending on the parameterization, this process is carried out one or more times.
  • A detailed evaluation of the results is provided as a report.
