A Pioneer’s Idea Goes Global

After Ing. Alfred Wurmb conceived the idea to produce measurement and testing devices for industrial purposes, in 1969, he founded "Elektronik Werkstätte Ing. Wurmb". Having established itself locally, the company expanded, and, in 1982, the first machinery and installation units were delivered Europe-wide. Three years later, the company conquered the worldwide market. Renamed to "Wurmb GmbH." in 2009, its success has continued.
