Process flow and detailsTest procedure
  • Contacting two cores with the test pistols.
• Test starts automatically (acoustic and visual signaling).
  • Contacted wires are charged and applied to test voltage.
  • Test ends automatically after the set test period.
  • Test result "OK": acoustic signaling.
  • Test result "Breakdown": acoustic and visual signaling. Confirmation required.
  • You can immedeatly contact the next cores.
  • Safe discharging of the specimen when tests are completed.
Process outputCertainty as to whether the tested Product is in order.
If a breakdown occurs during the test, the insulating layer of the contacted wires is faulty.
