This system offers the complete assembly and testing of miniature motor protection devices for refrigeration and air conditioning compressors. Several individual devices work in combination with a laser welding system. It Adjusts the distance between the contact spring and bimetal snap disk and welds the contact spring carrier to the base.

• Manual insertion of the assembled switch housing into the product carrier
• Testing the tripping time and checking for slow contacts
• Measuring the electrical resistance
• Adjustment of the contact spacing to an accuracy of 0.02 mm -
